Recent booming development of web-based technologies and mobile applications has facilitated a dramatical growth of new techniques' implementations, such as cloud computing, big data, pervasive computing, Internet of Things, and social cyber-physical systems. Enabling a smart life has become a popular research topic with an urgent demand. Therefore, the International Conference on Smart Computing and Communication (SmartTech- 2017) will focus on both smart computing and communications fields and aims to collect recent academic work to improve the research and practical applications.

The scope of SmartTech-2017 covers a broad extent, from smart data to smart communications, from smart cloud computing to smart security. The conference is gathering all high-quality research/industrial papers related to smart computing and communications and targets at proposing a reference guideline for further research. The conference will not only take stock of trends and developments at the globally competitive environment, but will also provide future directions to young researchers and practitioners. The conference would be of immense benefit to Management, Researchers, Academicians, Industry and participants from Technical Institutes, R & D Organizations and students working in the field of smart technologies. Review Process

The conference aims at carrying out two rounds of review process. In the first round, the papers submitted by the authors will be assessed on the basis of their technical suitability, scope of work and plagiarism, to be scanned by Turnitin. The corresponding authors of qualifying submissions will be intimated for their papers to be double blind reviewed by at- least three experts on the basis of originality, novelty, clarity, completeness, relevance, significance and research contribution. The shortlisted papers will be accepted for presentation and published in special issue journals.

Instructions To Authors

Original papers based on theoretical or experimental works related to the above mentioned sub themes are solicited for presentation in the conference. The paper should begin with title, short abstract and a list of keywords. Simultaneous  submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences/journals) are not allowed.

All papers must follow strict formatting instructions

Please do not submit plagiarized papers.

The total length of the paper must not exceed six A4 size pages including
bibliography and appendices. Paper must be in .PDF

All the papers will be submitted through on-line paper submission process (Easy chair submission system). Authors are requested to follow paper submission link :-
